Steel Structure Product Description
Gabled steel structures primarily consist of two types: light-weight gabled frames and heavy-weight gabled frames. These structures primarily experience plane forces, and the implementation of column braces, horizontal braces, and rigid tie rods ensures the overall structure achieves stability. Depending on the lifting capacity of the crane, solid-web columns (for light-weight gabled frames) and truss-style steel columns (for heavy-weight gabled frames) can be employed. This type of structure experiences simple forces, has a clear force transmission path, and fully utilizes the mechanical properties of steel.
Production Technology
7jian Steel Structure adopts a digital intelligent manufacturing production line, including intelligent CNC laser cutting machines (with a maximum cutting thickness of 60mm), automatic track-type welding robots, automatic crawler-type welding robots, large gantry welding machines, and large component straightening machines. The butt fusion weld can meet Grade I standards, and the perpendicularity and flatness of the components are superior to the current national standard of China, “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures” (GB50205). The surface of the components is treated with shot blasting for rust removal, with a rust removal grade of SA2.5. The components can be protected against corrosion using paint spraying, hot dip galvanizing, and other anti-corrosion processes, with a corrosion protection period of over 15 years.
Applicable Scenarios
It is primarily used in projects such as industrial plants, warehouses, and logistics centers. It is widely applied in light manufacturing, heavy manufacturing, metallurgy, foundry, and other industries. Additionally, due to the high space utilization rate of portal steel structures, they are also used in civil buildings such as single-story training venues and single-story exhibition venues.
