Commercial Steel Structure Product Description
Commercial steel structures for multi-story and high-rise buildings are divided into frame systems and braced frame systems. The structure primarily consists of vertical load-bearing components – columns, horizontal load-bearing components – beams, and a bracing system. Generally, frame systems can reach up to 6 stories, with a height not exceeding 24 meters; braced frame systems can reach up to 12 stories, with a height not exceeding 50 meters. As the number of stories and height increase, steel frame structures often cannot independently meet the bearing capacity requirements. In such cases, a composite structure combining a concrete core tube with a steel frame structure is often adopted. This not only utilizes the high strength of steel but also takes advantage of the high stiffness of the concrete core tube, achieving a perfect integration of the two.
Production Technology
7jian Steel Structure adopts a digital intelligent manufacturing production line, including intelligent CNC laser cutting machines (with a maximum cutting thickness of 60mm), automatic track-type welding robots, automatic crawler-type welding robots, large gantry welding machines, and large component straightening machines. The butt fusion weld can meet Grade I standards, and the perpendicularity and flatness of the components are superior to the current national standard of China, “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures” (GB50205). The surface of the components is treated with shot blasting for rust removal, with a rust removal grade of SA2.5. The components can be protected against corrosion using paint spraying, hot dip galvanizing, and other anti-corrosion processes, with a corrosion protection period of over 15 years.

Commercial buildings: such as office buildings, shopping centers, etc. These places have high requirements for building height and space utilization.
Residential buildings: Especially in urban centers where land resources are limited, heavy commercial steel structures can effectively increase building height and living space.
