Gas Station Construction Structure
Gas Station Construction Structure
Gas Station Construction Structure Product Description
A gas station construction structure is a spatial structure composed of multiple rods connected by nodes in a specific grid pattern.
Based on their shapes, they can be primarily classified into flat grid structures (referred to as grid structures) and curved grid structures (referred to as reticulated shells).
2. Its basic units include triangular pyramids, quadrangular pyramids, etc., which can be combined into diverse planar shapes.
Production Technology
7jian Steel Structure adopts a digital intelligent manufacturing production line, including intelligent CNC laser cutting machines (with a maximum cutting thickness of 60mm), automatic track-type welding robots, automatic crawler-type welding robots, large gantry welding machines, and large component straightening machines. The butt fusion weld can meet Grade I standards, and the perpendicularity and flatness of the components are superior to the current national standard of China, “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures” (GB50205). The surface of the components is treated with shot blasting for rust removal, with a rust removal grade of SA2.5. The components can be protected against corrosion using paint spraying, hot dip galvanizing, and other anti-corrosion processes, with a corrosion protection period of over 15 years.
Applicable Scenarios
The applicable scenarios include buildings requiring large-span coverage, such as factories, gas stations, toll stations, coal sheds, and stadiums. For instance, the coal shed gas station construction structure can achieve a column-free space with a span exceeding 50 meters, meeting the operational needs of large equipment. In addition, places with high structural stability requirements, such as high-speed rail stations and logistics parks, often adopt this type of structure
